Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to all use of Samyoj and supplements our Terms & Conditions. It exists to protect recipients, customers, our platform and the WhatsApp ecosystem.

Consent and messaging

Send messages only to people who have given the permission required by applicable law and WhatsApp policies. Clearly identify your business, honour opt-out requests promptly, and use approved message templates where required. Do not use purchased, scraped or otherwise unlawfully obtained contact lists.

Prohibited content and activity

You must not use Samyoj to send spam, bulk unsolicited communications, deceptive offers, phishing, malware, hate or harassing content, sexually explicit content, unlawful gambling content, or content that exploits minors. You must not impersonate another person or business, infringe intellectual-property rights, violate privacy rights, evade platform controls, or conduct fraud.

Restricted goods and services

Do not promote, sell, facilitate or arrange illegal goods, controlled substances, weapons, tobacco or vaping products, adult services, counterfeit goods, or any other activity prohibited by law or by Meta/WhatsApp policies. Where a regulated product or service is lawful, you are responsible for confirming eligibility, age-gating, licenses and all applicable restrictions before communicating about it.

Security and platform integrity

Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, security measures or access controls; probe or interfere with the Service; upload malicious code; or permit unauthorised access to an account. Keep credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect compromise.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and suspend, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or meet third-party platform requirements. We may remove unlawful content and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
