These Terms govern access to and use of Samyoj’s website, WhatsApp CRM platform and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.

Using the Service

You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for the actions of users under your account and for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with these Terms, applicable laws, and the policies of any connected third-party platform.

WhatsApp Business Platform

Use of WhatsApp features depends on approval, availability and policies set by Meta and WhatsApp. Samyoj does not control those platforms and cannot guarantee approval, message delivery, template approval, account availability or policy outcomes. You must obtain valid opt-in/consent and maintain records where required.

Customer content and conduct

You retain responsibility for content, contacts, templates, campaigns and data submitted through the Service. You must not use the Service for spam, unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful or prohibited communications. See our Acceptable Use Policy for more detail.

Fees, cancellation and refunds

Fees, billing periods and any included usage are shown in your applicable order or subscription. Unless stated otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable once a paid period has begun. You may request cancellation before the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy provides further information.

Intellectual property

Samyoj and its licensors own the Service, software, branding and related materials. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell or misuse the Service except as permitted by law.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samyoj disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses. Our aggregate liability related to the Service will not exceed the fees paid by you for the affected Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. Questions can be sent via our Contact page.
