No — it is a 14-day free trial, not a permanently free plan. You get full access to try Samyoj before choosing Starter, Growth or Pro. After 14 days, you'll need to select a paid plan to continue using your workspace.
Are WhatsApp charges included in my plan?
No. Meta/WhatsApp template message charges are billed separately at actuals with zero markup from Samyoj. Rates depend on message category and recipient market. See our Meta WhatsApp API pricing guide for details.
What happens after my trial ends?
After your 14-day trial, you'll be prompted to choose a paid plan (Starter, Growth or Pro). Your data is preserved — simply pick the plan that fits your team to continue without interruption.
Can I change or upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly, quarterly and annual billing anytime from your dashboard. Changes apply from your next billing cycle.
What is included in AI?
AI Assistant is included in Growth and Pro plans by capability. Text AI and voice features are metered separately based on actual usage — track your consumption in the dashboard. We do not offer unlimited AI.
How do monthly, quarterly and annual billing work?
Monthly is billed each month at full price. Quarterly saves 5% (billed every 3 months). Annual saves 20% (billed yearly). You can switch billing cycles from your dashboard at any time.
Can I add more team members or WhatsApp numbers?
Each plan includes a set number of team members and WhatsApp numbers. If you need more, upgrade to the next plan — Growth supports 2 numbers and 10 members; Pro supports 5 numbers and 25 members.
Is onboarding included?
Starter includes email support and self-serve onboarding guides. Growth and Pro include priority support with guided setup to connect WhatsApp Business API and launch your first workflows.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business number?
Yes. You'll need a phone number to connect to the official WhatsApp Business API. Our onboarding guides walk you through number verification and Meta Business Manager setup step by step.
